Bridging Gates: How Temporary Definition Completes You

When someone with a hanging Gate on one side of your split carries the opposing Gate, they bridge your definition — creating a temporary Channel and completing your circuit. This is not better or worse than your un-bridged state; it is simply different. In the presence of a bridge person, you feel more together, more motivated, more certain. When they leave, the circuit opens again. Understanding this mechanic is transformative for relationships: what felt like "I cannot live without this person" is often "this person completes my definition, and I confuse that completion with love." This does not mean bridge relationships are wrong — it means recognising what is actually happening so you can make conscious decisions.
