Lesson 29 of 56

The Heart/Will Center: Willpower and Self-Worth

Biological correlation: The heart muscle, the stomach, the gallbladder, and the thymus gland. Function: The Heart Center (also called the Will or Ego Center) governs willpower, self-worth, material world values, and the ability to keep promises. It is a motor. Only approximately 37% of people have a defined Heart. Defined Heart: Consistent willpower and consistent sense of self-worth. Can make and keep promises. Must rest — the heart needs recovery time. Undefined Heart: Variable willpower. Energy comes and goes. Not-Self: Trying to prove self-worth constantly — making promises you cannot keep, over-committing from a place of not feeling enough. Wisdom: Understanding that worth is not earned and does not need to be proven — it simply is.
