The Sacral Center: Life Force and Availability

Biological correlation: The ovaries, testes, and the reproductive system; the generative life-force energy. Function: The Sacral Center is the most powerful motor in the Human Design system — the generator of sustainable life-force energy for work, sexuality, and creation. Only Generators and Manifesting Generators have a defined Sacral. Defined Sacral: Consistent, sustainable, self-regenerating energy — but only for what the Sacral says "yes" to. The Sacral is selective. When Generators do work their Sacral loves, they sustain for hours and feel satisfied. Undefined Sacral: No consistent life-force energy. Cannot sustain the pace of Sacral beings. Must rest. Not-Self: Not knowing when enough is enough — staying in situations, work, or relationships long past depletion. Wisdom: The wisdom to know what is truly generative for others.
